Bailey completed a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University in 2025 and completed her practical legal training at the College of Law. She was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2025.

Although born and raised on the Gold Coast, she has lived in numerous places across Australia and overseas. In her spare time, you will find Bailey either at the beach or enjoying time with her family and friends.
